These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the ordering, dispensing, and delivery of medications and pharmacy products by Door Bell Pharmacy (“the Company”) to the customer (“Client” or “you”). By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

 

  • Scope: The Company provides online ordering, prescription dispensing, over-the-counter (OTC) product sales, and delivery services, operated by licensed pharmacists.

  • Professional Discretion: All prescriptions are subject to review by a registered pharmacist. The pharmacist reserves the right to contact the prescribing physician or refuse to dispense any medication if there are concerns regarding safety, legality, or potential drug interactions.

  • No Medical Advice: Information provided on the website or by non-pharmacist staff is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You must always consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

 

2. Ordering, Prescriptions, and Verification

 

  • Prescription Validity: You warrant that any prescription submitted is valid, legally issued, and intended for your personal use. The Company reserves the right to verify the prescription’s authenticity with the prescribing physician.

  • Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all contact, address, and insurance information is accurate and complete. Incorrect information may lead to delays or non-delivery, for which the Company is not liable.

  • Controlled Substances: Orders for controlled or scheduled drugs are subject to strict legal limits, verification requirements, and may require special delivery procedures.

 

3. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellation

 

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer price fluctuations. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

  • Payment: Payment must be received in full before the prescription is dispensed and shipped.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before dispensing. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed (i.e., prepared, labeled, and checked by the pharmacist), it cannot be cancelled or returned due to safety and legal regulations.

 

4. Delivery and Risk

 

  • Delivery Confirmation: The Company uses third-party delivery services. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner.

  • Recipient Responsibility: The risk of loss transfers to the Client upon successful delivery to the specified address. The recipient must verify the package contents are correct and undamaged before signing for receipt, where required.

  • Return Policy (Non-Prescription): Non-prescription items may be returned within [Insert Days, e.g., 7 days] only if unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt. Prescription medications are non-returnable.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

  • Dispensing Liability: The Company warrants that the medication dispensed will be accurately labeled and will match the legally valid prescription provided.

  • Product Liability: The Company is not the manufacturer of the drugs or products sold. Any claims regarding the effectiveness, side effects, or quality of the drug itself are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the Company.

  • Maximum Liability: THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC MEDICATION OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

 

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert the Country/Jurisdiction, e.g., India].
