How do I place an order for prescription medicines?

To order prescription medicines, simply upload a clear photo of your valid prescription during the ordering process. Our licensed pharmacist will verify it and process your order. You can also WhatsApp your prescription to +91 97800 24299 or email it to info@doorbellpharmacy.xyz.

What is the delivery time and area coverage?

We currently deliver across Pune city. Standard delivery within our primary zone (Shivaji Nagar, FC Road, JM Road, Deccan, Kothrud) takes 30-60 minutes. Extended zones may take 2-4 hours. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹299.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and digital wallets. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 7 days for wrong/damaged/expired products. However, prescription medicines cannot be returned once delivered (except in case of wrong product delivery), as per pharmaceutical regulations.
