These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all related services offered by Doorbell Pharmacy, operated from Shop No. 19, FC Road Plaza, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411005. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Your continued use of our platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or modifications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Doorbell Pharmacy website (doorbellpharmacy.xyz), mobile application, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Your continued use of our platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or modifications.

2. About Our Services

Doorbell Pharmacy is a licensed online pharmacy operating from Pune, Maharashtra. We provide the following services through our platform:

• Prescription Medicine Delivery: Delivery of prescription-based medicines upon verification of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
• OTC Products: Sale and delivery of over-the-counter medicines, health supplements, and wellness products without requiring a prescription.
• Healthcare Products: Skin care, baby care, personal care, medical devices, ayurvedic products, and fitness supplements for your daily health needs.
• Pharmacist Consultation: Basic medication guidance and drug interaction information provided by our licensed pharmacists to ensure safe medication usage.
• Home Delivery: Doorstep delivery of ordered products within specified timeframes across designated delivery zones in Pune city.

All products sold on our platform are sourced from authorized distributors and licensed manufacturers. We do not sell expired, damaged, or counterfeit products under any circumstances. Every product undergoes quality verification before it is dispatched for delivery.

3. User Registration & Account

To place orders on our platform, you may be required to create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to the following obligations:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and at all times thereafter, and promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security that you become aware of.
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, to exploit promotional offers, or for any other deceptive or unlawful purpose.
• Keep your contact information updated to ensure smooth delivery of orders and receipt of important communications.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party for any reason whatsoever.
• Not use our platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose that may violate applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we detect any fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, misuse of our platform, or behavior that may harm our business, other users, or third parties.

4. Prescription Requirements

As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and relevant regulations in India, certain categories of medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. When ordering prescription medicines through our platform, you must comply with the following requirements:

• Upload a clear, legible copy of your valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner with a valid registration number.
• Ensure that the prescription is not older than the validity period prescribed by law (typically 3 months for most medicines unless specified otherwise).
• The prescription must include the patient's name, doctor's name and registration number, date of issuance, and complete drug details including drug name, dosage, frequency, and duration of treatment.
• Understand that our licensed pharmacists reserve the right to verify the prescription and may contact you or your prescribing doctor for confirmation before processing the order.
• Acknowledge that the pharmacist may refuse to dispense a medicine if the prescription is found to be invalid, tampered with, or if there are concerns about drug interactions or patient safety.

5. Ordering & Payment Terms

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Doorbell Pharmacy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: unavailability of products, invalid prescription, suspicious ordering patterns, pricing errors, or any violation of these Terms.

5.2 Pricing

All product prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier price changes, or promotional activities. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement. We strive to offer competitive pricing and regularly update our prices to reflect market conditions.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. Please keep exact change ready for a smooth delivery experience.
• UPI Payments: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and all other UPI-based payment methods supported on your device.
• Net Banking: All major Indian banks supported through our secure payment gateway with real-time transaction confirmation.
• Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and other major card networks accepted with 3D Secure authentication.
• Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, and other popular digital wallets linked to your mobile number.

5.4 Refund Policy

In case of order cancellation by us or due to non-availability of products, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders that are cancelled before delivery, no refund is applicable as no payment was collected from you. For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated automatically upon cancellation and will reflect in your account within the stated timeframe depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

6. Delivery Terms

We offer delivery services within designated zones in Pune, Maharashtra. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on factors including but not limited to:

• Product availability at our warehouse and time required for order verification
• Weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
• Delivery address location, accessibility, and distance from our pharmacy
• Peak demand periods, festival seasons, public holidays, or high-order-volume situations
• Prescription verification requirements and any additional checks needed for patient safety
• Traffic conditions and road accessibility in the delivery area

Standard delivery is typically completed within 30-60 minutes for orders within our primary delivery zone covering Shivaji Nagar, FC Road, JM Road, Deccan, and nearby areas. Extended delivery zones covering Kothrud, Pashan, Baner, Aundh, Wakad, Hinjewadi, and other parts of Pune may take 2-4 hours. We do not guarantee exact delivery times and shall not be held liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Free delivery is available on all orders above Rs.299. For orders below Rs.299, a nominal delivery charge of Rs.29 will be applied. Delivery charges are subject to change and the applicable charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Return & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Order Cancellation

• Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are processed for dispatch. Contact our customer support team immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or email to request cancellation. The earlier you contact us, the faster we can process your cancellation.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our pharmacy, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse to accept the delivery at the doorstep, and a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable return shipping and handling charges.
• Partial Cancellation: If some items in your order are unavailable, we will cancel only those items and proceed with the remaining available items. The refund for cancelled items will be processed automatically.

7.2 Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons only:

• Wrong product delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered.
• Damaged or defective product: The product arrived in a damaged, broken, or defective condition.
• Expired product received: The product has passed its expiration date (this should never happen, and we treat such cases with the highest priority).
• Product does not match description: The product received does not match the description, image, or specifications displayed on our platform.
• Missing items: One or more items from your order are missing from the delivered package.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the received product, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will verify your claim and arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Notification and Communication Consent

By accepting this policy, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from us through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, or any other digital communication platforms.

These communications may include but are not limited to:

• Transaction Communications: Order confirmations, delivery updates, payment receipts, refund notifications, and other order-related information essential to your service experience.
• Promotional Communications: Information about new products, special offers, discount coupons, seasonal sales, loyalty rewards, and other marketing materials that may interest you.
• Service Communications: Account-related notifications, security alerts, policy updates, terms changes, and other important information about your account or our services.
• Health Awareness Communications: General health tips, wellness articles, medication reminders, and health awareness campaign information that we believe may benefit you.

The frequency of promotional communications will be reasonable and in accordance with applicable telecommunication regulations in India. You may receive up to 4-6 promotional messages per month via SMS and WhatsApp, and weekly email communications.

We respect your communication preferences and will process your opt-out request within 7 business days. However, please understand that certain transactional communications (order confirmations, delivery updates, payment receipts, security alerts) are essential for providing our services and cannot be opted out of entirely.

All communication data is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TRAI DND regulations). We respect the National Customer Preference Register and do not send promotional communications to numbers registered under DND without your explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the Doorbell Pharmacy platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Doorbell Pharmacy or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our platform without prior written consent from Doorbell Pharmacy, except as permitted under fair use or as expressly authorized by us in writing.

The "Doorbell Pharmacy" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Doorbell Pharmacy or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, or commercial use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doorbell Pharmacy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our platform or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform or linked third-party websites
• Any content obtained from our platform, including but not limited to health information and product descriptions
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content stored on our systems
• Any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content, product descriptions, or pricing information
• Any delay or failure in the delivery of medicines or products, regardless of the cause
• Any adverse health effects arising from the use of products purchased through our platform
• Any interruption or cessation of our services, whether planned or unplanned
• Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our platform

11. Medical Disclaimer

Doorbell Pharmacy does not practice medicine or provide medical diagnosis. Our pharmacists can provide basic medication guidance including drug interactions and dosage information, but this guidance does not constitute medical advice. If you experience any adverse reaction to any product purchased from our platform, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us through amicable negotiation by contacting our customer support team. We are committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and efficiently, and our customer support team is always available to address any issues you may have regarding our products or services.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, otherwise it shall be forever barred.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doorbell Pharmacy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, costs, claims, and demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees and related costs and expenses, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use our platform or services
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct in connection with our platform or services
• Any misrepresentation made by you regarding your identity, prescription, or any other information

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect and shall be enforceable in accordance with their terms.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portion of that provision shall be given full effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the invalid or unenforceable portion shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

Doorbell Pharmacy reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms in their entirety.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through one or more of the following methods: email notification to your registered email address, SMS notification to your registered mobile number, a prominent notice displayed on our website homepage and mobile application, or a popup notification when you next access our platform after the changes have been made.
